If you want to return your product you can send us an e-mail to the following e-mail address: email@example.com and you will receive all of the return steps. All return costs are for the customer. You can return your product within 14 days from the day that you have placed your order. Return your products in the original packaging (if possible), with the tags still attached. All products must be returned in the same condition as they were in when you first received them. The products should not be damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on).
You can select to receive a different size of the same product during the registration of your return. It is NOT possible to exchange the product for another product. If you would like to receive a different product, choose for a refund and simply place a new order via www.2hyped.store. You will receive your refund within 7 working days after you have returned your product.
Don’t forget to hold onto your return tracking number.
Placing an order
To place an order you can simply go to the page of the product you would like to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Fill in the form and select a payment method. When the order has been successfully placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Make sure you have filled in the right e-mail address.
